Evanston Bluegrass Festival

In 2014, Bluegrass Evanston, the sponsoring organization, is a 501c3 charitable organization whose purpose is to produce an annual regional bluegrass festival to raise money for its educational initiative: To provide educational opportunities for disadvantaged children living in impoverished areas around the world and in our own community and, advancing a culture of caring, awareness and empathy about global issues within our schools and community. We do this with the added intention of promoting economic development within our community.
