With Irish ancestry making up roughly 10 percent of Wyoming’s population, St. Patrick’s Day has an outsized influence throughout the state. Everyone knows to wear green on the saint’s day and what happens when you catch a leprechaun, but not everyone knows where the best spots to celebrate their Irish heritage are located. Mulligan’s Pub in Laramie, Wyoming offers green beer and car bomb specials throughout the week with a party on Saturday, March 22. Mulligan’s doesn’t have a ton of space, but they’ve got a ton of spirit and know how to throw a party.
Alf’s Pub knows how to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day right. They have live music from 2-6 p.m., a silent auction, raffles and offer green beer, corned beef, and cabbage.
On March 17, the Buckhorn Bar and Parlor in Laramie, Wyoming will have special guests Edison and Moral Panic to help celebrate St. Patrick’s Day the musical way. They’ll have a St. Patrick’s-inspired food and drink menu, too.
Snake River Brewing in Jackson, Wyoming is hosting the all-day Brewpub’s Annual St. Patrick’s Day event on March 17. The doors open at 11 a.m. Enjoy Irish ale, dancing, corned beef bier rocks, and more.
